Spring 1999 Exhibition

Reflections on Memoirs of a Geisha

These two scrolls were part of the Spring 1999 exhibition—"Reflections on Memoirs of a Geisha", at The Center through May. This exhibition was originally conceived for a local book club tour. Whether you have read Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden or not, you can appreciate our bijin-ga (pictures of beautiful women), and paintings portraying other flowers of spring!
